摘    要:针对某厂直吹式低速球磨机制粉单耗偏高的问题,深入分析了直吹式制粉系统的电耗特性、燃烧器布置方式、实际燃用煤质对直吹式制粉单耗的影响,查找了制粉系统存在的问题,提出了解决问题的措施。

Abstract:According to excessive high unit consumption of direct-fired low speed pulverized system,electric consumption characteristic of direct-fired pulverized system,the arrangement of burners,and the effect of actual quality of fired coal on unit consumption of direct-fired pulverized system were thoroughly analyzed,the problems existing in the system were introduced and countermeasures were presented.
