摘    要:大情字井地区是吉林油田公司重点开发区块,该地区地层复杂,钻井施工中易发生缩径、井漏、井塌情况,并引起卡钻事故。选择了两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,并加入有机硅稳定剂、润滑防塌剂和油溶性暂堵剂对钻井液进行调整,然后作为该地区钻井使用的钻井液体系。室内试验表明,调整后的两性离子聚合物钻井液体系的抑制性、泥饼质量等方面优于原来在该地区使用的钻井液体系。现场应用表明,复杂情况和事故时间明显减少,由原来的平均每口井152h减少到72h;平均钻井周期由原来的43d缩短到35d以内;漏失量由原来的平均150m。减少到平均60m。;油层段平均井径扩大率由原来的25%~30%减小到16%~20%,固井质量优质率达到100%。调整后的两性离子聚合物钻井液体系满足了大情字井地区的钻井需要。

Abstract:Daqingzijing area is an important developing block in Jilin Oilfield, while the geological condition is very complex, hole shrinkage, lost circulation and hole collapse are likely to happen during drilling, and even causes stuck pipe. The amphoteric polymer drilling fluid system was adjusted by adding the organic silicon stabilizer, lubricating and sloughing controlling additive, and oil soluble temporary plugging agent, and then used as the main drilling fluid system in this area. Laboratory tests showed the adjusted ampho-teric polymer drilling fluid system has better inhibition and mud cake quality. Field using showed that the lost time was cut down dramatically, from the average 152 h to 72 h; the average drilling period was shortened from 43 d to within 35 d; the lost circulation volume was reduced from 150 m3 to 60 m3 ; the average hole enlargement in the payzone was reduced from 25%-30% to 16%-20%, and the cementing quality excellent rate was 100%. The adjusted amphoteric polymer drilling fluid system met the requirements of field drilling in this area.
