燃用神华煤锅炉防结渣优化设计技术

摘    要:针对国华电力公司早期投产的600MW锅炉在燃用神华煤时出现的严重的分隔屏结渣问题,通过掺烧高灰熔点烟煤、加装屏区吹灰器、炉膛放大和受热面调整等优化设计措施使结渣情况得以极大缓解,但导致锅炉造价和运行成本上升。根据粒径与炉内煤粉颗粒表面温度的相关性分析以及1MW半工业性燃烧试验取得的不同细度的神华煤粉的结渣特性和不同容积热负荷的燃用神华煤锅炉的结渣情况对比分析指出:大颗粒煤粉是造成锅炉结渣的重要因素,采取煤粉细化和炉膛放大的综合优化设计对于防止锅炉屏区结渣更为经济、有效。

Abstract:In view of the serious slagging problem on the division plates in early-operated 600 MW Shenhua coal-fired boiler of Guohua Electric Power Corporation. The slagging was reduced largely by means of firing fuels blended with soft coal of higher ash fusion point, adding soot blowers in area of division superheater, enlarging furnace and adjusting heating surface, but the cost of boiler and operation were increased accordingly. Based on the relevance analysis between particle diameter and surface temperature of coal particles in furnace, the slagging characteristics of Shenhua pulverized-coal with different fineness gotten in 1 MW semi-industrial combustion test and the slagging conditions for different capacity heat load, the results show that large coal particle is an important factor contributing to the slagging of boiler, and it is more economical and effective for slag preventing to use comprehensive optimized design, such as pulverized-coal refinement and furnace enlarging.
