基于灰度形态学的红细胞图像边缘检测

摘    要:边缘包含了图像很多重要的信息,边缘检测的好坏也直接决定了后续处理的效果。在利用数学形态学进行边缘检测后,会出现不需要的边缘,形成噪声。针对这种情况,提出一种计算中心像素与邻域像素均方差的方法对形态学边缘检测算子进行改进,该方法可以有效减少噪声,为以后对红细胞图像进行特征提取和分类打下良好的基础。

Abstract:The edge contains some important informations and the edge detection method decides the results of following processes.After normal mathematical morphology edge detecting,it will appear a lot of edge noises.An effective method of edge detection is put forward and is experienced.According to calculation of the mean square deviation between center and neighbor pixels,the real edge is found out.Then whether or not using mathematical morphology is decided.This method can decrease noise effectively and lay a good foundation for feature extraction and classification of the erythrocyte image.
