海绵钛结构及微观组织分析

摘    要:通过对宏观上致密、适中、疏松的海绵钛试样进行微观组织结构分析, 认为虽然海绵钛坨各部分宏观结构不同,但是其与自身的微观组织、相及晶粒度无关, 海绵钛坨宏观结构的疏松和致密只是一个纯物理量的概念; 还认为海绵钛质量的优劣, 不仅反应在其杂质含量多少和布氏硬度高低上, 还与其组织结构(致密性)有很大关系, 两者之间没有必然的联系, 并且探讨了还原蒸馏工艺对海绵钛结构的影响.

Abstract:The microstructure of sponge titanium sample with compact, mezzo and loose structure was investigated, which indicated that different macrostructure of different parts of sponge titanium was not attributed to its microstructure, phases and grain sizes, and the compact or loose macrostructure were physical quantity concept purely. Additionally, the quality of sponge titanium was not only characterized by its impurity content and Brinell hardness(HB), but also related to its structure (compactness), and there was no necessary connection between them. Besides, the effect of reduction-distillation technique for the sponge titanium structure was discussed.
