云南某铜锌硫化矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:铜锌硫多金属矿石分离一直是选矿界的难题。文中在对某铜锌硫化矿石进行选矿研究时,采用快速优先浮选流程,以硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠合理配比作为闪锌矿的抑制剂,应用选择性好的捕收剂Z-200,实现了铜、锌矿物的分选。

Abstract:Separation of copper, zinc and sulphur complex ore has been a difficult problem in the mineral processing field. Copper-zinc sulphide ores in Yunnan Province were beneficiated by flash selective flotation, Reasonable proportion zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite were used as depressor of sphalerite and collector Z-200 that had good selectivity was adopted. It realized separation of copper and zinc minerals.
