摘    要:设计了一种高功率波导单刀多掷开关,将大功率波导旋转关节技术与传统电动波导开关技术相结合,实现输入端口与N路输出端口之间的高功率通道切换,从而达到采用一个单刀多掷开关替代多个传统单刀双掷开关的目的。该开关结构形式简单,驱动方便灵活,体积、重量及成本可以得到大大降低,可靠性得到较大提高。在整个切换过程中,开关承受功率高、损耗低、驻波小。实际加工了一个高功率波导单刀多掷开关,给出了实验结果,验证了该设计的可行性。

Abstract:A type of high power single-pole multi-throw wave-guide switch is designed in this paper. Combi- ning technologies of high power wave-guide rotary joint with traditional electric wave-guide switch, high power channel switch between input and N-way output is realized, thus the multiple traditional single-pole double-throw switch are replaced with one single-pole muhi-throw switch. The switch has simple structure, convenient and flexible driving, greatly reduced volume, weight and cost and better reliability. During the switching rotation, the switch carries high power but has low insertion loss and low VSWR. A sample switch is produced, the experiment results verifiy the feasibility of the design.
