小功率光伏逆变器自然对流散热研究

摘    要:小功率光伏逆变器防护等级要求达到IP54甚至更高,若使用风扇,则会降低系统的可靠性和稳定性。自然对流散热技术为解决此类问题提供了技术途径。文中对采用自然对流散热方式的12 kW小功率光伏逆变器进行合理简化和等效处理,建立仿真模型,利用商业软件ICEPAK进行数值仿真,根据样机测试结果对仿真模型进行优化,并通过样机实验对仿真结果进行验证。结果发现,仿真结果与实验数据符合较好,精度较高,可作为小功率逆变器自然对流散热设计的参考。

Abstract:Protection level of low power PV inverters is required to reach IP54 or higher. If Ians are applleu, the reliability and stability of the system will decrease. The technology of natural convection cooling provides technical ways to solve such problems. In this paper, 12 kW low power PV inverter is reasonably simplified, so that a simulation model is built and simulated with commercial software ICEPAK. The simulation model is optimized according to the results of prototype test and the simulation results are validated through prototype experiment. It is found that simulation results accord well with experiment data, and bring on high precision, which can be used as thermal design reference for natural convection cooling of low power PV inverters.
