摘    要:Petro—SIMV3.3是英国KBC公司开发的桌面炼油厂模拟系统,应用该软件,可以实现炼油厂工艺过程的优化设计和开发。洛阳石化利用该软件,通过原油合成,评价合成原油组分,进行常减压装置操作模拟。数据表明,原油性质拟合数据与化验分析一致性高,实沸点蒸馏曲线拟合度好,但轻端模拟需要进行必要的修正;并通过其内置模型建立结焦曲线,从而直观判断油品结焦倾向,判定安全操作区域,指导装置生产。由模型做指导,提高炉出口温度,由394℃提至398℃,再提高到405℃。同时将减压炉注气量由原来的2.5t/h降低至1.0t/h。经过一系列优化调整,实现减压深拔操作,减压渣油530℃含量显著降低,减压拔出率由49.4%提高到53.2%,蜡油收率提高2.01%.当月实现经济效益452.2万元。常减压装置流程模拟能够符合装置实际要求,可以实现指导装置生产、提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract:Petro-SIM V3.3 is a desktop refinery simulation system developed by UK's KBC.With the help of this software,technicians can optimize design and development for refinery processes.Sinopec Luoyang Company simulated the operation of crude distillation units and vacuum distillation units using this software by synthe- sizing crude oil and assessing the components of synthesized crude oil.Data shows that the fitted data on crude properties are highly consistent with test data and that true boiling point distillation curve has high degree of fitting although light-end simulations need necessary amendments.A model built in the software can be used to establish coking curves,by which technicians can intuitively adjust the coking tendency of oil products,thereby determining the safe operating zone and guiding production.Based on the simulations on the model,technicians raised the temperature at the outlet of the furnace to 398℃ from 394℃ and further to 405℃,while reducing the air injection rate for the vacuum furnace to 1.0t/h from 2.5t/h.Through a series of optimization and adjustments,vacuum deep distillation was achieved.As a result,the content of vacuum residu um at 530℃ dropped considerably,vacuum distillation rate increased to 53.2% from 49.4% ,wax oil yield rose by 2.01% and economic returns from these measures within the month when the measures were taken reached 4.522 million yuan.The results of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process simulation conformed to the actu- al requirements for these units and can be used to guide production and raise economic efficiency of a refinery.
