金沙江下游水库移民过程中乡村振兴的实践与思考

通过分析传统水库移民中搬迁安置与后期扶持中的问题,回顾与总结金沙江下游水库移民在"搬得出、稳得住、能致富"的实践中,采取促进移民搬迁与稳定、增加移民收入、改善移民生活环境、促进库区和移民安置区产业发展等方面的措施、效果和经验.思考与探索下一步金沙江下游水库移民围绕乡村振兴总要求的实践路径.

Practice and Reflections of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the Reservoir Resettlement Process in the Lower Reaches of Jinsha River

The problems in the traditional resettlement and the later stage support work in reservoir development are analyzed.The practice and experience of the resettlement work of the reservoir projects in the lower reaches of Jinsha River is summarized.Following the idea of“move out,settle down and get rich”,effective measures of promoting the relocation and resettlement,increasing the income,improving the living environment,and promoting the industrial development of the reservoir and resettlement area are adopted.The further practice of the rural revitalization strategy in the reservoir resettlement work in the lower reaches of Jinsha River is discussed.
