激光跟踪仪在水轮发电机组检修中的应用

摘    要:为了研究激光跟踪仪在水轮发电机组检修中的应用,进行激光跟踪仪测量下压指高程、定位筋半径、转子磁轭圆度及轴领半径等试验,并将结果与传统测量方法对比。激光测量速度快,无需使用大型工装,测量数据显示直观,精度较高,较适用于水轮发电机检修过程,可大大提高工作效率。

Abstract:Application of the laser tracker in maintenance work of hydro-turbine generator units is studied.Experiments on the pressure finger elevation,locating rib radius,rotor yoke roundness and shaft collar radius with the laser tracker measurement are carried out.Comparison with traditional measurement methods shows that the laser tracker measurement is of certain advantages such as high speed,visual display of measured data,high accuracy,and no need of large tools,which is thus specifically suitable for the maintenance process of hydro-turbine generator units and can greatly improve the work efficiency.
