| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国核安全法》《民用核安全设备监督管理条例》明确规定,为我国核设施提供核安全设备设计、制造、安装和无损检验服务的单位,应当向国务院核安全监督管理部门申请许可证.本文对民用核安全设备许可评审过程中的常见问题进行分析和总结,并提出合理的建议,以便申请单位在编写申请材料时参考.

| Abstract: | The Nuclear Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment clearly stipulate that any entity that provides services in the design,manufacture,installation and non-destructive inspection of nuclear safety equipment for China's nuclear installations shall apply to the nuclear safety regulatory department under the State Council for a license.This paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems in the license evaluation process of civil nuclear safety equipment,and puts forward relevant reasonable suggestions for the applicant to refer to when compiling the application materials. |
