Construction and Practice of Intelligent Management Platform in Baihetan Hydropower Station

In the construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station,due to the long construction period,large number of units participated,large flow of people,logistics and vehicles,and frequent in-and-out of construction materials,the overall management of the project is of great difficulties.Considering the actual in-situ management conditions,and according to the principles of the target orientation,problem leading and effective controlling,an Internet based intelligent management platform is constructed through the standardization of the data acquisition procedures and overall planning of the software development and hardware integration.With the platform,the management goal of“first level command,second level supervision,safety maintenance and intelligent management”is realized and the management level of the project is greatly improved.
