南公1水电站面板堆石坝主堆石区碾压参数试验研究

摘    要:根据南公1水电站面板堆石坝堆石料碾压参数进行了填筑碾压工艺性试验,分析堆石料的累计沉降量、干密度与碾压遍数和铺料厚度的关系,碾压前后的级配变化,确定了现场施工参数和施工方法,为坝体堆石料填筑碾压施工和质量控制提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:In-situ rolling experiments are carried out to determine the rolling parameters for the main rockfill zone of the concrete face rockfill dam in Namkong I Hydropower Station.The effects of the rolling times and the paving thickness on the accumulated settlement and dry density of the rockfill materials,and the gradation variation before and after the rolling are analyzed.Then,the in-situ construction parameters and techniques are determined,which provide reliable basis for the rolling construction quality control.
