摘    要:文章阐述了X射线荧光光谱分析技术的应用,重点介绍了不同土壤样品制备条件和仪器检测条件对X射线荧光光谱检测的影响,以及解谱技术与模型优化的应用,并展望了X射线荧光光谱检测技术的发展前景。

Abstract:This paper first describes the X-ray fluorescence analysis technology application. Secondly, the effects of different soil preparation conditions and detection conditions on the detection of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and the application of spectral analysis and model optimization are introduced. Finally, the development prospect of X-ray fluorescence spectrum detection technology is briefly discussed.
