摘    要:研究不同枯草芽孢杆菌对奶牛生产性能和乳脂脂肪酸成分的影响。与对照组相比,试验组A和B日产奶量呈增加趋势,乳脂产量、乳脂率显著增加(P<0.05);除B组乳中体细胞数显著增加外,各试验组乳蛋白、乳糖、非脂固形物等指标无显著变化。脂肪酸的组成比例与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。但在A和B组中,对长链及中短链脂肪酸的合成均可起促进作用。

Abstract:To examine the effects of Bachillus subtilis preparations on production performance and milk fat profiles.Animals from group A and B had a tendency to increase milk yield and milk fat contents were significantly increased(P<0.05).B.subtilis showed little influence on milk protein,milk lactose and solids non-fat.The fatty acid profiles were similar to the control group(P>0.05),but enhanced the fatty acid synthe-sis processes in group A and B.
