摘    要:综述了高钢级管线钢的性能要求 ,以及钢中碳、硫、磷、氧、锰、氢等元素的作用及其控制技术。管线钢开发的关键是将成分调整、冶金技术和TMCP工艺结合起来。探讨了我国的管线钢与国外的差距以及进一步发展的方向。

Abstract:Synopsis:This paper describes the property requirements of high grade pipeline steel and discusses the effect of elements, such as C,S,P,O,Mn,H 2, on the steel properties as well as the control of the elements. The integration of compositions adjustment,metallurgical technology and TMCP can be considered the key poinst to develop high grade pipeline steels. A gap in high grade pipeline development between China and developed countries and the trend of its development are also reviewed in the paper.
