摘    要:在分析清管周期影响因素的基础上,选取管输最大允许压差、最大允许积液量和最小输气效率作为判断是否清管的依据,通过HYSYS软件模拟出的静态析出水量,结合目前输气量条件下的气体携液能力进行综合判断,最终制定了各集气干线的合理清管周期。

Abstract:Through analysing the affecting factor of pigging period,the three parameters of largest allowable pressure difference,largest allowable liquid loading and minimum gas transmission efficiency is selected for the criteria of pigging.Through static bleeding water and synthesize judgement of liquid carrying capacity of gas at present gas transmission rate, the reasonable pigging circle of every gas collecting main is calculated.
