| 摘 要： | 通过SolidWorks软件建立带裂纹齿轮的齿轮箱系统模型和正常齿轮箱系统模型,将其导入ANSYS软件进行模态分析,通过对比两者的固有频率变化规律,将固有频率作为一个判定指标,为实现动态监测和故障诊断奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Two three-dimensional models including and excluding the crack are established by the Solidworks software.The modal analysis for the models are carried out in ANSYS system.The inherent characteristics of the models including and excluding the crack are researched.It can provide theory support for the fault diagnosis of the gearbox system. |
