淮北矿区瓦斯突出煤层煤层气抽采技术

摘    要:本文根据淮北矿区实际,提出并分析研究了淮北矿区突出煤层采掘工作面煤层气抽排技术。矿区主要选择了突出煤层巷帮“边掘边抽”与掘进工作面前方短孔排放相结合的抽排技术,双层钻孔与采煤工作面风巷布置抽排钻孔成“3高2低”,高层钻孔用于抽放拦截被保护层的高浓度瓦斯,低层钻孔用于抽放本煤层采空区的遗留瓦斯。结合地面钻孔及老塘埋孔抽排,达到消除突出煤层开采危险的目的。

Abstract:The author proposes and analyses technologies for extracting gas in seams with outburst hazards according to practical conditions of Huaibei coal mining area. The coal mine has adopted extracting technologies integrating gas extraction from coal roads and ribs with hazards of outburst during tunneling with gas drainage through short boreholes in front of tunneling faces, forming two-layer boreholes(3 highly-positioned and 2 low-positioned) with extracting boreholes in face airways. Boreholes in high positions are used to extract and block high-concentration gas from protective layers while those in low positions are used to extract remaining gas in the goaf. The danger of mining in seams with hazards of outburst is expected to eliminate by integrating surface boreholes with buried boreholes in the goaf.
