| 摘 要： | 文中分析了工程建设进度失控的主要原因:有业主的,有设计单位的,有施工单位的,也有监理工程师的。并在此基础上针对性地提出了减少进度失控的6项对策,包括科学确定工期、优选施工单位、尽早委托监理工程师、强化合同意识、重视设计单位的现场服务及实行计算机辅助监理等。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main causes of schedule delay in engineering construction, they are concerned with owner, designer, constructor as well as supervisor. On the base of analysis, the writer presents six counter-measures to strengthen controlling progress. They include the measures such as scientifically determining schedule, selecting the best construction company, entrusting supervisor as early as possible, strengthening contract sense, attaching importance to sit service of designer, as well as carrying out computer aid supervision and etc. |
