化学镀镍液中络合剂总量的快速测定

摘    要:研究了化学镀镍体系中Ni^2+,pH值,次磷酸钠,温度等对络合剂吸光度的影响。在202.6nm处,用分光光度法测定其中络合剂的总量。试验结果表明,该法在络合剂总量测定中操作简便,快速,准确度高,适用于化学镀镍液中络合剂总量的快速测定。

Abstract:The influence of pH, Ni 2+ , hypophosphite, temperature on the absorbance of complexing agent in the electroless Ni plating bath was investigated. The concentration of total complexing agent can be determined at 202.6 nm wavelengths by spectrophtometry. Results showed that this method was easy to conduct, quick in determination, and had high accuracy in the process of analysis. This method could be applied to rapid determination of total complexing agent in electroless nickel baths.
