Abstract:The fact that sea cucumber themed catering industries are uprising in Qilu is relevant to its exceptional output of resources,characteristic cooking art,and deep-rooted dietary custom.Wide consuming demand brings about good economic benefit and profound market impact.The consumers' more awareness of health care,the perfection of sea cucumber industrial chain and the detailed division of specialized market will make potential market and big prospect for sea cucumber theme industries.
