磁悬浮盘片控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:磁悬浮盘片装置是磁悬浮飞轮电池的雏形,该系统对实时性和快速性有较高要求,而现有的微机控制系统很难达到.针对以上问题,设计了以DSP2812为核心的磁悬浮数字控制系统,搭建了硬件电路,并针对常规PID参数在多输入多输出系统中难整定的问题,实现了模糊自整定PID算法.最终实现了磁悬浮盘片的稳定悬浮,满足了系统快速性的要求.

Abstract:Magnetic suspended disk is the magnetic flywheel battery's embryonic form.IPC control could not meet the magnetic suspension system requirement which were good real-time ability and rapidity.Aiming at those problem,a digital control system based on DSP2812 was designed.Since it was difficult to tune the traditional PID system' parameters in the MIMO magnetic suspended disk system,a fuzzy PID controller was used.The results of experiments show that the digital control system has good stability and rapidity.
