| 摘 要： | 为解决石油射孔作业中起爆系统安全性问题,设计了一种分离式无起爆药点火装置并进行了发火、起爆可靠性测试及现场应用。测试结果表明:380 V交流电和600 V直流电均不会发火,能够可靠起爆导爆索及射孔弹,井下起爆实验均100%起爆。分离式无起爆药安全点火系统性能可靠,在未来石油射孔作业中有很大的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the safety problem of initiation system in oil perforating operation, a separated ignition device without primary explosive is designed, and the reliability test of ignition and initiation and field application are carried out. The test results show that both 380 V AC and 600 V DC will not ignite, and it can detonate detonating fuse and perforating charge reliably. The underground initiation test is 100%. The performance of the separated non-primary explosive safety ignition system is reliable, and it has a great application prospect in the future oil perforating operation. |
