高羟基水性丙烯酸酯乳液及其防腐蚀涂料的制备及性能

摘    要:以丙烯酸酯类为单体,通过半连续乳液聚合并对乳化剂和引发剂进行调控,制备出性能优异的水性羟基丙烯酸酯乳液。为了表征乳液的各项性能,提升丙烯酸酯涂料的防腐蚀能力,将乳液与其固化剂作为基体,加入氧化铁防锈颜填料制备出水性防腐蚀涂料。通过乳液的粒径分布及稳定性确定复配乳化剂添加量3.0%(质量分数,下同)、引发剂添加量0.6%、羟基含量1.5%时的乳液性能最佳。对漆膜进行极化曲线测试分析表明,当氧化铁颜填料掺入量为固化体系的30.0%时,漆膜具有腐蚀电位高和腐蚀电流密度小的特点;通过EIS分析研究发现氧化铁粒子的存在及其均匀分布能够有效地隔绝腐蚀介质的进入和扩散,减弱了介质带电离子的迁移,从而降低了腐蚀速率,提升了水性羟基丙烯酸酯涂料的防腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Using acrylic esters as monomers through semi-continuous emulsion polymerization and adjusting emulsifiers and initiators,the excellent hydroxyl acrylate emulsions were prepared.In order to characterize the properties of the emulsion and improve the anti-corrosion performance of the acrylate coating,the emulsion and its curing agent were used as a matrix and the iron oxide anti-rust pigment and filler were added to prepare a water-based anti-corrosion coating.By studying the emulsion particle size distribution and stability,the amounts(mass fraction)of the compound emulsifier,initiator and the hydroxyl were determined to be 3.0%,0.6%and 1.5%.Under these conditions the emulsion presented the best performance.The Tafel polarization curve showed that when the doping amount of the iron oxide pigment filler was 30.0%of the curing system,the paint film had the characteristics of high corrosion potential and small corrosion current,and through the EIS analysis it was found that the presence and uniform distribution of iron oxide inorganic particles could effectively insulate the entry and diffusion of corrosive media,weaken the migration of corrosion ions in the medium and reduce the corrosion rate,improving the aqueous hydroxyl acrylate coating anti-corrosion performance.
