Research and Application of Demulsifier in Tanhai Oilfield

in order to solve the dagang beach area outside the station lost crude oil-water interface is cloudy and excess water cut of crude oil,emulsified serious problems,indoor for five different types of demulsifier for crude oil demulsification capability of Tanhai Oilfield,select 2 types of line into the distribution after demulsification agent on the distribution of demulsification agent class type,dosing concentration degree,the temperature factor into the line of research.The BH-2 type demulsifier was prepared at 60℃and the concentration was 100 mg/L.The dewatering speed of crude oil was fast,the oil-water interface was clear,and the effect of deep dewatering was obvious.Compared with the demulsifier used before the application,the application effect is obvious in the field,the water content of the raw oil exported is reduced from 3%to less than 0.7%,the drug cost is reduced by 16%,and the cost can be saved by 480,000 yuan/a,which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
