| 摘 要： | 农村住房是广大农村居民安身之所,农村住房建设质量事关农民的切身利益,事关新农村建设的成败得失.文章根据当地政府对本地农村住房质量现状的调查数据,分析当前农村住房建设质量管理中存在的普遍问题,提出规范建设程序、加强施工管理、落实质量责任和加大工作保障等相关对策.

| Abstract: | Rural housing is the home of the majority of rural residents,the quality of rural housing construction is related to the vital interests of rural residents and the success or failure of new rural construction.Based on the local government's survey data on the quality of local rural housing,the article analyzes the common problems in the quality management of rural housing construction.The author puts forward some suggestions such as standardizing construction procedure,strengthening construction management,implementing quality responsibilities and increasing work support. |
