摘    要:成功的节庆活动可以为城市的经济发展营造出不可多得的发展机遇,其最突出的功能就是拉动文化消费的快速增长,从而实现城市经济和社会发展的双赢。以黑龙江省哈尔滨市为例,通过分析哈尔滨市在打造城市特色节庆活动中取得的成绩、遇到的挑战、困难和问题,从而更具针对性地提出如何打造别具特色的城市节庆活动、助推文化消费快速增长的对策建议。

Abstract:A successful festival can create a rare development opportunity for the city’s economic development,the most prominent function is to promote the rapid growth of cultural consumption,so as to achieve a win-win situation for the city’s economic and social development.This paper will take Harbin,the capital of Heilongjiang Province,as an example,and analyze the achievements,challenges,difficulties and problems that Harbin has encountered in creating its own urban festival activities,furthermore,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to create unique urban festival activities and promote the rapid growth of cultural consumption.
