油田联合站拱顶罐罐顶气回收技术研究

摘    要:目前国内油田联合站主要采用拱顶罐沉降脱水工艺,运行过程中会有部分溶解气通过呼吸阀挥发至大气中,造成能源浪费和环境污染。针对这一问题,开展了罐顶气回收技术研究,根据拱顶罐呼吸损耗检测结果,配套撬装化的活塞气液抽吸大罐抽气装置,该装置对气量变化和气液共存等复杂工况的适应能力较强,克服了压缩机大罐抽气装置运行维护复杂的缺点,能够有效降低油气挥发损耗,使生产运行过程满足安全环保要求,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Research on Roof Gas Recovery Technology of Vaulted Tank in Oilfield Combined Station

Abstract:At present,the domestic oil field combined station mainly adopts the sedimentation and dehydration process of arch tank.During the operation,some dissolved gas will evaporate into the atmosphere through the breathing valve,causing energy waste and environmental pollution.In order to solve this problem,research on the roof gas recovery technology,according to the results of the dome-roof tank breathing loss detection device prizing of form a complete set of piston big suction gas tank liquid extraction device,the device for volume changes and gas liquid deposit after complex working conditions such as fitness should be able to force strong,g take a large pot of suction pressure reduction machine processing line of defence of the complex mixed faults,can effectively reduce the evaporation loss of oil and gas,satisfy the security requirements of environmental protection,make production running process has good economic and social benefits.
