Testing Technology of Module Unit Deformation Performance Based on Series Sensor System

The deformation index of module unit hoisting,installation stage and modular building use stage is the main control items of quality inspection of modular steel structure building,but the traditional detection method are no longer applicable.The three-component attitude orientation formula of gravity acceleration and the formula of spatial trajectory curve are derived in this paper.The method for detecting the deformation performance of the modular steel structure building of the series sensor system based on this principle is introduced,and the verification test of a model specimen is carried out.The test results show that the lateral displacement curve of the test specimen measured by the developed series sensor system is basically the same as that of the conventional measuring instrument,and the maximum lateral deformation error in the middle of the span meets the requirements of engineering accuracy,which can be used to detect the deformation performance of module unit of the modular steel structure building under each stage.
