中小企业公司治理问题探讨

深圳中小企业板块推出一年多来，直接上市的中小企业已达到50多家。直接融资渠道的畅通，使中小企业成为了公众公司，其公司治理问题引起人们的重视和关注。本文详细分析了中小企业公司治理中存在的问题，并从内部对治理结构和外部对治理环境两个方面提出了改善中小企业公司治理的途径。

Discussion on the Problem of Corporation Governance in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Since the plate of small and medium-sized enterprises of Shenzhen introduced last year, it has had more than 50 members now. The expedition of direct capitalizing has made the small and medium-sized enterprises into public companies, so people has brought great concern on their corporate governance. This paper has analysed the problems existing in the corporate governance of small and medium-sized enterprises in detail, and has gave solutions to improve corporate governance in two aspects- from inside corporate governance structure and outside administration environment.
