高速数字信号技术在钢轨超声探伤仪中的应用

摘    要:针对目前我国在钢轨超声探伤仪的落后现状,提出一种以单片机+DSP+CPLD为核心的高速数字信号处理技术,利用该技术研制的数字式钢轨超声探伤仪很好的解决了单处理器在处理与传输等方面的不足,使波形稳定度完全达到了铁道部的规定,探伤速度,精度等方面也有了很大的提高,并且实现了回波存储和重放、报警处理、轨型选择等等功能,满足了便携式钢轨探伤仪的实际需求.

Abstract:A high--speed digital signal processing technique accomplished by MCU, DSP, and CPLD is described. With this technique shortage existing in the single--processor system has been overcome, stability of ultrasonic detector for rail has met rules of railroad and the detecting rate, accuracy of ultrasonic detector have been greatly improved. And some functions including data storage, alarm and choice of rail have been added. These meet the actual demand to pocket rail detector.
