超临界CO2萃馏浓缩天然生育酚复杂体系相平衡的研究

摘    要:温度为40~60℃,压力为9~17MPa等温、等压和等密度3种实验条件下测定了大豆油脱臭馏出物前处理产物中生育酚与超临界CO2的气液相平衡数据。结果表明,前处理产物中生育酚在超临界CO2中的溶解度及在气液两相中的分配系数分别比二元系中dl α 生育酚高约5倍和10~11倍,前处理产物生育酚各异构体在超临界CO2中的分配系数大小顺序为α>δ>γ>β,前处理产物中α 生育酚相对于β、γ、δ异构体的分离因子分别在1 09~1 51。

Abstract:Experimental vapor-liquid equilibria data are determinated for supercritical carbon dioxide and complex mixtures of soybean deodorizer pretreatment containing tocopherols under isothermal,isobaric and partly isochoric conditions in the temperature range 40~60 ℃ and the pressure range 9~17 MPa.It is shown that the solubilities and distribution coefficients of the isomers of tocopherols in multicomponent systems are respectively about 5 times higher and 10~11 times higher than those in binary system.The distribution coefficient of tocopherol isomers in pretreatment is in the order of α>β>γ>δ.The relative separation factor of α-tocopherol with β-,γ- and δ-tocopherol are between 1.09 and 1.51.
