| 摘 要： | 通过采用预聚体分散法，由polytetramethylene golyeol(PTMEG)，聚酯多元醇、IPDI、DMPA等以不同配方合成了水性聚氨酯乳液，并对其性能进行了研究。结果发现DMPA含量、NCO／0H比值、Core／Shell质量比值均影响水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性和其涂膜的力学性能等。

| Abstract: | An aqueous cross-linking polyurethane dispersion was synthesized with polyol, IPDI and DMPA etc,which was worked through the method of pre -polymer process. Its properties were studied. It showed that the content of DMPA and the ratio of NCO/OH and the weight ratio of the second prepolymer(core) to first prepolymer (shell) influenced the stability and the mechanical properties of APU. |
