摘    要:基于现有的一步法合成二甲醚分离工艺存在的种种缺陷,文章提出了一种新的分离工艺-"高压吸收、变压分离",并在此工艺的基础上,研发了新的分离设备-NS倾斜立体长条复合塔板(用于大气量、小液量的吸收塔板)和用于分离高纯度二甲醚的解吸精馏塔板,主要介绍塔板的特性、操作原理及工业应用.

Abstract:Based on the disadvantages of separation technology of one-step dimethyl ether synthesis,a new separation technology,called "high pressure absorption,pressure swing adsorption" was put forward.Ground on this technology,new separation devices-NS slant stereo strip combination tower tray which was used on more air less liquid absorption tower tray and desorption rectification tower tray which was used on high-purity dimethyl ether separation had already been studied and developed.The characteristics,operational principle and industry application were introduced mostly.
