汽轮机大叶片模锻成形工艺

摘    要:分析了汽轮机大叶片应用现状、叶片特点、模锻成形关键点及其制造工艺方案,介绍了制坯工艺、成形模具设计以及大叶片模锻工艺要点。以B1080大叶片模锻成形为例,进一步阐述了只有采用合理的坯料图与制坯工艺、合理的模具结构、合理的模锻工艺才能锻造出高质量的汽轮机大叶片锻件。同时也说明采用多工序组合方法制定工艺,依据金属塑性流动规律设计模具,在确保锻件成形精度和内在质量的前提下探索大叶片锻件模锻成形技术。

Abstract:The present status of the application of large blades of steam turbine,the character-istics of blades,key points of die forging and technical solution of manufacturing are analyzed.The preforming,design of forming die and gists of die forging of large blades are introduced.Asan example of the die forging of large blade B1080,it is described that large blades of steamturbine with high quality can be forged only with reasonable blank drawing and preforming, diestructure,and die forging.At the same time,it is presented that the process is formulated bythe combination of multi procedures and the die is designed according to the rules of metal flowand the forming technology of large blades is explored by assuring the forming precision andinternal quality.
