新型太阳能彩色选择性吸收涂层的研制

摘    要:彩色太阳能吸收涂层可与建筑物及其外部环境相协调。采用适宜的电解液及工艺参数,利用三步电解着色法制备了-红色系太阳能彩色吸收涂层,并与二步电解法进行对比。结果表明,利用三步电解着色法制备的涂层,光学性能有了很大提高,太阳吸收比从0.5~0.6提高到0.8以上,热发射率由原来的0.4~0.5降低到0.35~0.40。该工艺可获得一系列装饰性较强的红色吸收涂层,具有潜在的应用前景。

Abstract:A series of redlike solar selective absorbing coating were fabricated by three-step electrolytic colored anodic aluminum with appropriate processing parameters. The optical property of the coatings were obtained much better than two-step electrolytic colored method, the enhancement of solar absorptance is from 0.5 -0.6 to over 0.8, the decrease of infrared emittance from 0.4 - 0.5 to 0.35 - 0.40. The redlike coatings has good prospects with better decorative effect for the buildings.
