华东-福建联网低频振荡问题分析

摘    要:华东福建联网后出现的低频振荡问题将威胁电网的安全稳定运行.在简单介绍电力系统小干扰稳定基本概念的基础上,利用电力系统仿真软件NETOMAC,通过小干扰稳定频域分析法和时域分析法研究2007年和2010年华东福建联网低频振荡问题,重点关注福建相对于华东主网三省一市的的区域振荡模式.对华东福建联络线不同传输功率对区域振荡模式的影响,以及负荷特性对小干扰计算结果的影响作了相应的研究.

Abstract:The low frequency oscillation problem occurring after the interconnection of East China and Fujian power grids will threaten the safety and stability of the power grids.The fundamental concepts of small signal stability of power system are briefly described,and using the electric power system simulation software NETOMAC developed by Siemens,the low frequency oscillation problems of the interconnection of the East China and Fujian power grids in 2007 and 2010 are studied with the small signal analysis method in the time domain and frequency domain.The study focuses on the inter area oscillation modes between Fujian power grids and East China power grids consisting of three provinces and one city.The influences of different transmission capacity of the East China and Fujian tie lines on inter area oscillation modes,and the influences of load characteristics on the results of small signal calculation are studied in this paper.
