摘    要:本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对钢铁中微量有害杂质锡的分析方法进行了试验研究 ,着重研究了试样的化学处理方法及载气流量、输入功率、观测高度等条件对测量钢铁中锡的影响 ,通过试验研究找到了一个分析锡的准确可靠的方法 ,本方法灵敏度及准确度高 ,操作简便、快速

Abstract:The analyzing method for measuring trace harmful foreign matter Sn element in iron and steel are studied by using inductance coupling plasma emission spectrum instrument.The sample chemical treatment method,the influence upon element contents in iron and steel caused by defferent air loading flow? input power?viewing height are researched herein.A kind of accurate and reliable method for analyzing Sn is achieved which has the advangtages of high responsiveness?high accuray?simple and rapid operation.
