摘    要:给出一种基于潮流追踪和发电机再调度的割集断面潮流控制方法。首先用潮流追踪,将割集断面调控量逆潮流方向追踪至供出的发电机节点,以确定潮流供出侧的发电调控量;继而将割集断面调控量顺潮流方向追踪至受影响的负荷节点,并将受影响的负荷量进行逆向二次追踪,以确定功率接受侧的发电变动量。该控制方法仅通过改变发电机调度方式(再调度)来实现,用户负荷供应不受影响。利用10机39节点等系统验证表明,该方法可在大范围内对断面潮流实施精确控制。

Abstract:An interface power control strategy based on power flow tracing and generator re-dispatch is presented.Power flow on the interface is firstly traced backward to the sending-end system to locate the generators to be adjusted.Then the power flow is traced forward to determine the loads affected in the receiving-end system.Power flow tracing is adopted again from such loads to determine their supplying generators in the receiving-end system,which is then used to compensate the load fluctuation according to the...
