摘    要:通过对乙烯裂解炉管典型工况的分析,建立了炉管在渗碳、蠕变共同作用下的时变应力场的计算模型,并模拟计算了HK40和HP材料炉管在1173K工况下服役时的碳浓度分布、应力分布及蠕变损伤分数。结果表明:炉管外壁开裂主要是渗碳诱发应力所致;计算得到的炉管失效方式、位置和寿命均与实际情况基本吻合;该模型可以用来计算炉管损伤程度,还可以预测任意给定工况下炉管的剩余寿命。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the typical service condition of ethylene cracking tubes, a calculation model of damage process of the tube was established under the interaction of carburization and creep. The carbon concentration, stress distribution and creep damage fraction of HK40 and HP steel were calculated at 1173K. The stress generated by carburization was the main cause of the damage at the ektexine of the tube. The calculated failure form, location and the life of the tube were all in good agreement with practice. This method can be used to calculate the damage degree and residual life of the tube under any service condition.
