纳米SiO_2/UP复合材料的力学性能和热性能研究

摘    要:通过熔融共混、模压成型方法,制备了纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)/不饱和聚酯(UP)复合材料,研究了纳米SiO2含量对复合材料的力学性能、动态力学性能和热膨胀性能的影响,采用SEM观察了复合材料的磨损面形貌。结果表明:当纳米SiO2含量为2.5%时,SiO2/UP复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度比纯UP分别提高了28.57%、8.43%;当纳米SiO2含量为3.5%时,SiO2/UP复合材料的玻璃化转变温度比纯UP提高了16℃;当纳米SiO2含量为0.5%时,SiO2/UP复合材料的热膨胀系数为41.367×10-6K-1;加入纳米SiO2后,SiO2/UP复合材料的磨损机理主要表现为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。

Abstract:Nano-SiO2/UP composites were prepared by melt blending and compression molding technology.The effects of nano-SiO2 content on mechanical property, dynamic mechanical property, and thermal expansive property of the composites were studied.The morphology of the worn surface of the composites was observed by SEM.The results show that:when nano-SiO2 content is 2.5%, the impact strength and flexural strength of the composites increase by 28.57% and 8.43% respectively compared with pure UP;when nano-SiO2 content is 3.5%, the glass transition temperature of the composite increases by 16oC compared with pure UP;when nano-SiO2 content is 0.5%, the thermal expansive coefficient of the composites is 41.367×10-6K-1;after adding nano-SiO2, the main wear mechanisms of nano-SiO2/UP composites are characterized by particle abrasion and adhesive abrasion.
