| 摘 要： | 随着机械加工自动化程度的提高,刀具状态在线监控已成为迫切需要解决的问题,越来越受到重视.文章根据主轴功率、功率波动量与刀具寿命的关系,提出了一种刀具在线监测和刀具寿命管理相结合的新方法,详细分析了刀具寿命预测模型,并用实验验证其可行性.

Based on the relation of the motor power, power wave and tool life, the paper proposes a new method of tool life on-line monitoring and managing, analyzing the tool life forecast model in detail, and proving the validity of the method through experiments. |
