南水北调中线工程总干渠非正常工况下的水力响应分析

摘    要:非正常工况下的渠道水力响应对大型调水工程输水渠道的安全有着深刻的影响。以南水北调中线工程总干渠典型渠段作为研究对象,模拟分析了非正常工况下渠段的水力响应特征及退水闸的退水作用。计算结果表明,事故渠段上、下游端节制闸紧急关闭时,节制闸前(或后)水位壅高(或降落)的幅度很大,渠段内水位波动剧烈;节制闸关闭时间的延长虽能在一定程度上减小水位壅高和降落幅度,但效果并不明显;退水闸的启用能够较好减小水位的壅高幅度,有效降低水流的漫溢危险。

Hydraulic Response in Abnormal Operation Modes of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract:Hydraulic response under abnormal operation modes is one of basic concerns for operation safety of long-distance large-scale water diversion channels.This paper presents a simulation and analysis of hydraulic response processes in typical channel reaches of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project(SNWDP).When the upstream and downstream regulator gates of a channel reach are closed quickly in the case of accidents,the water level in the accident channel will fluctuate greatly,with a typical magnitude greater than 1.0 m.Prolongation of the closing time can,but not effectively,suppress water level fluctuation.In contrast,use of the sluice gate within the accident channel can reduce the magnitude of water level fluctuation and prevent the occurrence of overflow.
