摘    要:堵水调剖是提高水驱采收率的重要手段.配套的堵调设备是影响堵水调剖效果的一个重要因素。文章针对胜利油田情况,对撬装式堵调工艺流程的配套注入泵、堵调流程、电缆、自动控制设备及混合罐等配套件进行了设计选择,经现场应用达到了设计要求,满足了堵调工艺的需求。

Abstract:Injection profile control is one of the important measures for enhanced oil recovery by water flooding, and whatever facilities are used to execute it have a great influence on the post-profiling response. Based on the concrete conditions of Shengli Oilfield, proper design and choice of the skid-mounted profiling process and its key components, including injection pump, power cable, automatic control equipment and mixing tank, is carried out. Field applications indicate that this process flow comes up to the design standard and meet the field demands for injection profile control.
