埕岛油田潜油电泵井提升系统效率潜力分析

摘    要:对埕岛油田潜油电泵井能耗现状进行了分析,从潜油电泵机组配套电机功率、电泵扬程、下泵节数、下泵深度等方面入手,测算潜油电泵各部分功率损失,对比各部分功率及电泵采油系统效率变化,找出了节能降耗的潜力,并提出了优化方案,可以提高系统效率,降低能耗。

Abstract:Present situation of energy consumption of the submersible electric pump wells in Chengdao oilfield is analyzed. Beginning with the power of motor, throw of electric pump and pump setting depth, etc. , the power loss of each component of the submersible electric pump is estimated, and the power of each component and the lifting efficiency variations of the submersible electric pump are compared. The potentials of saving energy and lowering consumption are analyzed. Implementation of the optimum scheme can improve the lifting efficiency and lower the energy consumption.
