疲劳裂纹的工程预测方法

摘    要:应用腐蚀疲劳裂纹试验数据验证了文献「1」中疲劳裂纹扩展尺寸的通用计算公式;建立了用三组实测数据预测疲劳裂纹扩展尺寸的实用方法;并将通用计算公式推广用于预测工程构件上中疲劳裂纹状经,提出了构件疲劳裂纹形状扩展尺寸的通用计算公式。

Abstract:Ceneral calculation formulas of fatigue crack growth in article 1] were verified by the testing data of corrosion fatigue crack growth. Applicable methods to assess the fatigue crack growth were estabhshed using three sets of testing data. The general calculation formulas were also extended to assess the shape development of fatigue cracks in structure units and components, the general calculation formulas used for calculating shape development of fatigue crack have been established.
