| 摘 要： | 卸料车作为一种机械化自动卸料设备，该设备能自动的完成输送皮带机的中间卸料，具有连续卸料，指定点卸料等功能。本文从结构设计和控制两个方面对以往的卸料车进行改进创新，使其能够长期连续双向运行，安全可靠，起停平稳，定位准确，维护工作量小，使用寿命长且出力大。

| Abstract: | The traveling tripper is a mechanical and automatic unloading device,the device can automatically complete the unloading in the middle of the belt,it can continuously discharge and unload at the fixed point.In this paper,the improvement and innovation have been done for the traveling tripper from two aspects of the control and structure design,so that it can continuously and bi-direetionally operate for a long-term safely and reliably,start and stop smoothly,position accurately,and it has the less maintenance workload, long service life and the large output. |
