| 摘 要： | 分析了全自动洗衣机程控器凸轮的脱模机理 ,指出了程控器凸轮注射模设计中应注意的问题 ,介绍了可4处分型 ,2组抽芯 ,2次顶出 ,带有滑动型芯的凸轮注射模的结构。该模具仅借助注塑机的开、合和顶出机构便可实现制件的全自动或半自动生产 ,制件质量完全合格。

| Abstract: | The stripping mechanism of the cam in automatic washing machine program controller was fully studied and analyzed.Several problems should be paid attention in the design of the inˉjection mould for the cam was indicated.A special injection mould structure with sliding core,four parting lines,two groups of core pulling and two-step ejection was introduced in detail.The automatic or semi_automatic production was achieved simply with the opening and closing,and the ejection of the injection machine.The product qualitywas up to grade. |
